  • How to get, administer and manage factoring relationships with a client that is in a Chapter 11 Reorganization Case
  • Critically analyzing good deals that went bad and why they went bad
  • Problems that crop up during the administration of a factoring relationship and how to handle them
  • Buying accounts from companies that sell to niche account debtors and how to best deal with some unusual implications.
